2024 Edition - Comprehensive Procurement Contract

 

PARTIES:

This PROCUREMENT CONTRACT ("Contract") is made and entered into on [Date], by and between:

AND

PARTIES:

This Procurement Contract ("Contract") is entered into on [Date], by and between:

RECITALS:

AGREEMENT:

The Supplier shall sell, deliver and transfer to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser shall purchase from the Supplier, the Products in accordance with the specifications detailed in Exhibit A.

2. DELIVERY

Delivery of the Products shall be made on or before [Delivery Date] to the location specified by the Purchaser.

3. PAYMENT

Payment for the Products will be made in accordance with the payment terms outlined in Exhibit B, which includes the total contract value, payment schedule, and any applicable late payment fees.

4. WARRANTIES
